Vietnam’s Information Ministry Provides Investigative Journalism Course to Cambodian Reporters
(Ho Chi Minh): The Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications cooperated with the Cambodian Ministry of Information to provide a training course on how to produce investigative reports to Cambodian journalists.
Luu Dinh Phuc, Director of the Press Department of the Ministry of Information and Communication, confirmed on August 19 that the course is conducted for the purpose of strengthening and expanding cooperation, in particular the exchange of experience between Cambodian and Vietnamese journalists.
In the spirit of good partnership, the Ministry of Information of Cambodia and the Ministry of Information and Communication signed a memorandum of understanding for five-year period from 2016-2020 to sharpen skills of Cambodian journalists.
Adviser to the Ministry of Information Chrim Chhenglim also said that this training course is designed to provide an additional benefit to enhance the knowledge in the field of journalism in modern times, especially tips on how to write better investigative reports.
