Cambodia Police Chief Shares Experience at Police Academy
(Kandal): General Neth Savoeun, Phnom Penh Police Chief, on Friday delivered a lecture on a topic of security situation development to trainers and trainees at the Police Academy of Cambodia. He took the occasion to express his sincere appreciation to the rapid development of the academy, both soft and hard skills, in particular improvement of education facilities to provide knowledge and professionalism to all trainees to perform their respective duties after completing the course.
General Neth Savoeun detailed his 40 years of experiences serving in the police unit under the wise leadership of Prime Minister Hun Sen. With skilled police officers, the number of crimes have significantly decreased, he noted.
He called on all police forces to protect peace, security and public order for the nation and the people at all costs. He also requested the academy to conduct further research on new topics and skills to introduce to all trainees for them to keep up with the situation.
